Understanding the strategic value of personalization is only the first step. In this workshop we will facilitate a discussion among the attending brands to better understand the phases, processes and technology needed to support a successful program. The methodology of the session will consist of a minimum theoretical framework, real-time implementation of use cases that we will recommend for domains of assistant brands, and other examples of brands such as Camper and MediaMarkt when deploying personalization strategies.
