With a mission to make sports more accessible for all, Nadine Benn, the Product Owner of eCommerce Personalization for the brand’s Deutschland arm, knows what a significant role a tailored customer experience plays in helping shoppers find what they need to live sports. In this session, she’ll discuss how she’s been exercising the Dynamic Yield platform (alongside the technology company’s Director of CS, Marcel Rduch) to help her team not only create value for their customers, but also the business.

Nadine Benn, Personalization Expert, Decathlon
Nadine Benn is the Personalization Expert at DECATHLON Germany. Her goal is to provide a personalized shopping experience for customers on decathlon.de and to present relevant content and products based on the users’ interests.

Marcel Rduch, Director of Customer Success, Dynamic Yield 
Marcel is a Director of Customer Success for EMEA in Dynamic Yield. Before joining DY, he had been a Team Leader & Strategic Consultant in A/B and Multivariate Testing for 5 years, which paved the way for his data-driven approach.
